J42 and L20 are copies of the same slide, a transparency to explain the collisions in the LEP accelerator. Stored side by side for years, their fate put in the hands of mould has diverged:

- J42 gave birth to snow-capped peaks overhanging the theoretical collision of electron positron particle beams.

- L20 saw trees grow in the ferment of this collision.
